It is very adventurous TREK....
Here is description how we went...
Caught train(TAPOVAN EXPRESS) from CST at 6:10 hrs IST.
Reached Igatpuri at 9:00 hrs IST.
Reached Ghoti via Auto around 9:30hrs it is around 10km.
From ghoti we caught ST bus which took around 1-1/2 hr to reach Ambewadi(32 Km from Ghoti).
from Ambewadi u can see Kulang,Alang & Madan.
Villagers of Ambewadi are very helpful & treated us as Guest.
u can't climb to Alang & Madan without rope.
Kulang is higher than Alang & Madan bt less risky & simpler than Alang & Madan,& u can climb without rope too.
It took us around 5hrs to climb at top.
And while travelling down it was difficult & it took approx 4hrs.
There are 3 points very Risky & dangerous....
There are only Twigs at top & no trees.So if u want to have camp fire u had to carry wood from bottom.
There are total 4 caves at top.
3 are in way when ur jst going to reach at top.1 cave is at top.
There are 6-7 watercrisent at top.Water is clear & u can drink also.
Carry chlorine drops with u,so dat drinking water will be Bacteria free.
At top u can see beautiful Scene at both the side of Kulang.It appears like we are watching a beautiful painting.
Sunset & Sunrise are awesome at this place.
Trek this Place...
Very few trekkers visits here...
